The Chinese are suing Virginia GovernorTerry McCauliffe and Hillary’s brother Tony Rodham and other associates for fraud involving a scheme that bilked Chinese investors  out of millions of  dollars. The state of Mississippi was also taken for a ride and has filed a suit.

The deal involved  a company that manufactured electric  “green cars” called Green Tech Automotive. Before running for governor, McAuliffe served as chairman of GreenTech.

If it seems odd that Governor McAuliffe took his GreenTech deal to Mississippi instead of enriching his own people in Virginia there were 2 reasons. One was that Virginia didn’t offer the same tax incentives.  The other is that the Virginia Economic Development Partnership red-flagged  GreenTech, citing a troublesome detail- the company had never manufactured cars before.

Big bucks bromance

Hillary’s brother Anthony Rodham “helped run an associated fund designed to attract foreign money from investors intent on green cards” according to Fox. Basically saying that if paid the right amount of money the applicant wouldn’t have to fill in an application for a green card or future renewals using an i-90 form.

Shortly after McCauliffe founded GreenTech he hooked up with Hillary’s brother Tony in a partnership.

Tony operated Gulf Coast Funds Management. They partnered in what many dubbed a pay-for visa scheme.

Together, between 2009 and 2012 they were able to raise $67 million dollars from 100 foreign  investors, promising prized UB-5 Visas in exchange for $500,000 minimum business investments.

The two Swamp-pals took a trip to China to find some investors who were hungry for UB-5 Visas.

In pitching their business, they guaranteed Chinese investors a return on their money. They were also promised a fast-track to secure EB-5 visas.

These visas  are granted to foreign investors if they invest a minimum of half a million dollars and their investment creates 10 new jobs.

The Chinese were sold empty promises. Not only did they lose millions in the deal, their visas are worthless. DHS is scrutinizing the terms of their visas since they were not able to meet the terms. According to their lawsuit, it looks like investors will have to uproot their families as they face deportation back to China.

They’re suing the scamsters,  claiming that the deal was  represented fraudulently.

Fox reported,

“The plaintiffs, seeking at least $17.9 million in repayment, accuse the defendants of milking political connections to perpetuate a $120 million scam.”

…The Virginia suit alleges that the governor and his associates “exploited” investors’ desire to become permanent residents with an implicit message: “Invest $500,000 in our electric car company, and will leverage our political connections to ensure your immigration papers will get to the top of the pile.”

GreenTech was allegedly so sheisty that they instructed employees to be pretend to be working while investors toured the plant-even though no cars were being produced.  Not a single car has been sold  and the company is on the verge of bankruptcy.

Mad in Mississippi

McCauliffe and Tony Rodham were supposed to set up shop in Mississippi and enrich local residents with new jobs. The state spent a small fortune to incentivize GreenTech to  manufacture there.

GreenTech promised to invest $60 million or to create 350 jobs. However, the company only created 143 jobs at the peak. That number dwindled down to 10.

GreenTech provided written documents to the state saying it had raised $43 million from 86 investors, who each put in $500,000 through the federal UB-5 program.

The state of Mississippi was hoodwinked and Mississippi Attorney General, Jim Hood is not letting his fellow Democrats get away with hurting his citizens.

Mississippi state auditor Stacey E. Pickering found enough violations that the lawsuit could easily move forward.

AG Hood sued GreenTech earlier this month. His demands:
  • The company should repay $5 million plus interest on the money that the state and Tunica County borrowed to buy land and build a car factory.
  • The company should  fork over an additional $2 million in punitive damages.
  • A judge should  block GreenTech from removing anything from its building in Robinsonville, foreclose on the building and order it sold to cover the company’s debts.
  • The judge should also to grant the state a claim on any future revenue GreenTech might generate.
More shenanigans…

Hood’s lawsuit said the company “has removed its operations outside the state of Mississippi.” That does not bode well.

A senior Homeland Security official broke ethics rules when he intervened in visa proceedings for GreenTech.

“The company has also been facing an investigation by the Securities and Exchange Commission, the status of which is not clear,” Fox reported.

With the company facing bankruptcy, good luck to both the Chinese and the State of Mississippi in collecting any green.

Another Democrat Superstar

Is there anyone in the Democratic Party who has not engaged in sexual perviness or pay-for-play? McCauliffe, as a major fundraising maven is poised for power.

Dick Morris, former adviser to Bill Clinton  and political commentator, warns that this scandal should not be swept under the rug as McCauliffe is a force to be reckoned with. As a skilled fundraiser, he could make a serious bid for the White House in 2020.

So keep this info where it’s accessible should he be favored over Gropey Joe Biden.

And it’s not just GreenTech. This guy has plenty of unsavory ties to the Clintons and the communist Chinese…

Chinese collusion

McCauliffe  is no stranger to pay-to-play and shady deals with China.  Zhenjun Zhang is a Chinese investor involved with Gulf Coast Funds Management. CIA Director Michael Hayden accused Zhang of “providing sensitive information about foreign communication systems to Beijing.”  Yet Gulf Coast still made a pay-for-visa deal, although they deny trying to push the feds to fast-track it.

Chinese money laundering/Clinton campaign fraud.

In the 90’s McCauliffe raised massive amounts of money for Bill Clinton’s campaign. Investigators uncovered a scheme that involved the (Communist) Chinese government  funneling money into the Clinton campaign through businessmen such as Charlie Trie-an old friend of the Clintons from back in Arkansas days.  94 people were under investigation. They either pleaded the 5th or fled the country.

It should be noted that John Ashe was a witness to the Charle Trie scandal. Investigators at the time were suspicious that McCauliffe’s Chinese friends were trying to interfere with the election on Bill’s behalf. After years, UN Official John Ashe was about to testify in July of 2016 regarding the bribes.

Gosh. That really could have hurt Hillary’s run. But as Clinton “luck” would have it, John Ashe became another stat in the ol’ body count. Before he could testify, he was found dead-barbels to the neck. Sad for him, but no so much for the Clintons and possibly… Terry McCauliffe.

Chinese parallel to Uranium One

As the Chinese money-funnel scheme was in full swing, “McAuliffe helped a company named Loral Space get seats on official trade missions, and, reportedly with McAuliffe’s intervention, the Clinton administration overruled national security officials to approve a Loral deal that gave China critical missile technology. Loral’s CEO became the largest donor to the Democratic National Committee, where McAuliffe became chairman,” as reported in the Washington Examiner.

Cronies cash in on Chinese investments in US candidates.

Another perk of the McAuliffe/Rodham partnership- McAuliffe, the fundraising maven, was able to exploit a loophole that allowed foreign nationals with green cards to contribute to elections.

McAuliffe utilized the loophole and accepted $60,000 for his own run . He was also able to raise another $2 million to Hillary’s run through the Clinton Foundation from  Chinese billionaire Wang Wenliang.

The FBI and Justice Department were investigating the donations. McAuliffe responded that he didn’t know the guy and wouldn’t recognize him if he was sitting next to him. Yet  McAuliffe set up a meeting between Wang and Hillary in her home.

There was also some concern that McAuliffe was engaging in pay-for-play regarding Wang’s soybean interests.

Soros soldier-Civil War revived in Charlottesville

Terry McAuliffe was the Governor in the State of Virginia  during the Charlottesville riots that claimed the life of a young woman and tore the nation apart.

It was under his watch that police were told “not to intervene until given command to do so.” He immediately exploited the violence to equate the white supremacist protesters with President Trump.

The Charlottesville incident still seems to be a setup to divide our country as part of the ongoing attempted coup. Yet no elected official has been held accountable.

So many roads lead to the Clintons.

One of the many under-reported incidents involving Emailgate, or as I prefer to call it-Espionagegate involves McAuliffe’s connections to Hillary’s email probe. The following dots were cited by the New York Post:

  • ” …Terry McAuliffe, a longtime Clinton confidant, helped steer $675,000 to the election campaign of the wife of an FBI official who went on to lead the probe into Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email system.
  • … The political action committee of McAuliffe, the Clinton loyalist, gave $467,500 to the state Senate campaign of the wife of Andrew McCabe, who is now deputy director of the FBI…
  • …Jill McCabe received an additional $207,788 from the Virginia Democratic Party, which is heavily influenced by McAuliffe.
  • The money directed by McAuliffe began flowing two months after the FBI investigation into Clinton began in July 2015.
  • Around that time, the candidate’s husband was promoted from running the Washington field office for the FBI to the No. 3 position at the bureau.
  • Within a year, McCabe was promoted to deputy director, the second-highest position in the bureau.
  • In a statement to the Journal, the FBI said McCabe “played no role, attended no events, and did not participate in fundraising or support of any kind.
  • Months after the completion of her campaign, then-Associate Deputy Director McCabe was promoted to Deputy, where, in that position, he assumed for the first time, an oversight role in the investigation into Secretary Clinton’s emails.”
Isn’t that all convenient?

McAuliffe’s ties to Communist Chinese cash and the Clinton Cartel cannot be overlooked, overstated or overscrutinized enough. One more slippery Democratic swampstar with an eye on 2020, ready to sell out our country to the highest bidder.
