A private investigator that was hired by his family confirmed that Seth Rich had been emailing Wikileaks!
The story breaking from Fox5 News in DC.
“Rod Wheeler, a private investigator hired by the Rich family suggests that there is tangible evidence on Rich’s laptop that confirms that he was communicating with Wikileaks prior to his death.”
This is an explosive bombshell!
DNC Committee staffer Seth Rich was murdered in cold blood on a DC neighborhood street on July 8, 2016. He was shot twice in the back.
DC police dubbed it a “robbery gone bad.” But none of his personal belongings were missing. Not his wallet, his watch or his phone.
Conservative journalists were ridiculed for implying that Seth Rich was in fact, the DNC leaker. The speculation was that it was Rich who leaked the 20,000 earth shaking DNC emails to Wikileaks at the beginning of the party’s convention last year. Other rumors swirled that Rich was going to visit the FBI that day.
If that weren’t enough to raise suspicion, Julian Assange offered a 20,000 reward in August for information about the murder of Seth Rich. Understandably, speculation went into high gear. But sources such as Newseek shot down “conspiracy theories.”
“And that was enough to fire up the right-wing Twitterverse with yet another round of Clinton conspiracy theories, this one claiming that Rich was murdered—at dawn—as he was on his way to sing to the FBI about damning internal DNC emails.”
Main Stream Media no longer covers stories, they cover them up.
Another bombshell-police told to stand down.
Fox 5 reports,
“Wheeler, a former D.C. police homicide detective, is running a parallel investigation into Rich’s murder. He said he believes there is a cover-up and the police department has been told to back down from the investigation.
“The police department nor the FBI have been forthcoming,” said Wheeler. “They haven’t been cooperating at all. I believe that the answer to solving his death lies on that computer, which I believe is either at the police department or either at the FBI. I have been told both.”
When we asked Wheeler if his sources have told him there is information that links Rich to Wikileaks, he said, “Absolutely. Yeah. That’s confirmed.”
Wheeler also told us, “I have a source inside the police department that has looked at me straight in the eye and said, ‘Rod, we were told to stand down on this case and I can’t share any information with you.’ Now, that is highly unusual for a murder investigation, especially from a police department. Again, I don’t think it comes from the chief’s office, but I do believe there is a correlation between the mayor’s office and the DNC and that is the information that will come out [Tuesday].”
Update: Seth Rich’s family unhappy about investigator’s claims.
Fox News reported that Rich’s family is angry that Wheeler went public with these claims. They state that the family had always been sensitive about claims that their son worked with Wikileaks. They feel that the announcement creates a distraction from finding their son’s real murderers.
To the outsider, it would seem that if this is what points to the murderers, then so be it. But it’s impossible to understand what’s going through the minds or in the hearts of grieving parents.
DC Police should be called in for questioning.
As mentioned before, the DC Police have not only been useless in finding Seth Rich’s murderers, a source within the department told Wheeler that they were told to “stand down.”
They have been uncooperative with both Wheeler and Fox News.
The department states that it is an “active investigation.”
Fox reported this statement from the DC police,
“If there are any individuals who feel they have information, we urge them to call us at (202) 727-9099 or text us at 50411,” read the statement. “The department is offering a reward of up to $25,000 for information on this case that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible.”
Seriously. Who in their right mind would let the DC Police know that they had information about Seth Rich’s killers? Sounds like a $25,000 death trap.
