Texas A&M Professor, Dr. Tommy Curry thinks it’s a good idea to kill white people.
Curry is under fire for a video that he made in 2012 in response to the movie Django Unchained. It got him all riled up. His racist rant promoted the idea that black people ought to just go ahead and kill white people.
“In order to be equal, in order to be liberated some white people may have to die.”
Nice. He must have been watching too much Oprah.
He has the nerve to be whining about the aftermath, claiming that “his life is being threatened by white supremacists.” Boo. Hoo.
Here’s the controversial podcast…
Inside Higher Ed reported the response of Texas A&M.
“Michael K. Young, Texas A&M president, in a statement Wednesday night called Curry’s four-year-old comments “disturbing” and standing “in stark contrast to Aggie core values — most notably those of respect, excellence, leadership and integrity — values that we hold true toward all of humanity.”
The First Amendment “protects the rights of others to offer their personal views, no matter how reprehensible those views may be,” though, he said.
“It also protects our right to freedom of speech, which I am exercising now. We stand for equality. We stand against the advocacy of violence, hate and killing. We firmly commit to the success, not the destruction, of each other. We wish no violence or harm even to those who espouse hateful views under the First Amendment, a sentiment that by its very nature is one that they would deny others. … Our core values are very much intact.”
So much for disavowing.
This is the type of “Liberal” attitude that’s turned our colleges into indoctrination camps that teach violence and hatred. If this is the quality of the professors on board at Texas A&M it’s not saying much.
Although in all fairness, Texas A&M President Michael Young might not want to become part of Curry’s “liberation” movement.
Dr. Curry is not the only whack-job in our college swamps.
He and others can be found on this website. Professor Watchlist.
Professor Watchlist has published an interesting collection of insane professors from the College Swamp System. You can search by Professor, school or name. There’s also a tip line.
However, given the amount of insane violence and racism on our college campuses, their list could use a lot more tips.
Some of the overpaid outpatients listed are:
- Dr. John Wiens is a Professor of Ecology and Evolutionary Biology at the University of Arizona. A scholar of extinction and evolutionary biology, Wiens joked that Donald Trump should kill himself over his climate and environmental policies.
- Dr. Danielle Allen is a Professor of Ethics at Harvard. She said that the rise of Donald Trump is just like the rise of Hitler.
- Dr. John Griffin is a Professor of Media Arts and Animation at the Art Institute of Washington. He recently said that Republicans “should be lined up and shot” over their vote to repeal Obamacare and pass a different healthcare reform bill. He also said, “Republicans are a f***ing joke and their voting block runs the gamit [sic] from monstrous to ignorant.”
- Dr. Saida Grundy a professor at Boston University tweeted about white, college men being a ‘problem population’ according to Campus Reform. She tweeted, “Every MLK week I commit myself to not spending a dime in white-owned businesses. and every year i find it nearly impossible.” (sic) Her tweets criticizing white people forced the president of the university to write a letter on the Boston University website addressing the tweets.
There were two dangerous professors notably absent from the site.
Eric Clanton is a Diablo Valley College philosophy professor who teaches ethics. Although Clanton wore his Antifa mask when he assaulted a Trump supporter at a rally, he was busted by 4 Chan. He assaulted his victim, Sean Stiles, with a bike chain, knocking him to the ground. Styles is pressing charges.
Robert Reich. IMO-Possibly the most dangerous professor in the USA.
Robert Reich is a Professor of Public Policy of UC Berkeley. He was also the former Labor Secretary for Bill Clinton.
This little man may be the most dangerous professor in the US. He is now one of the driving forces for the “resistance” movement. He calls his activist organization “Indivisible.” He encourages and organizes easily manipulated college students to commit treason and sedition using subliminal messages and cute little cartoons.
Online or religious colleges are looking better all the time.
It’s hard enough to say goodbye when kids head off to campus. But you expect the same kid to return home for Thanksgiving break. The pricey tuition is supposed to improve their minds, not hijack them.
College administrators might want to look up the word “defunding.”
