President Trump is reacting to the migrant “caravan” aka orchestrated invasion at our Southern border by sending in troops.
Wouldn’t we do the same (if asked) for any foreign country being invaded?
The “migrants” who are fleeing poverty have angered sane Americans by throwing rocks, crashing gates, and waving the Honduran flag. They’ve been aided and abetted by the Mexican government.
The “migrants” are pushing back against President Trump’s refusal to let them in. They’re suing him for violating their Constitutional rights.
Fox News reports:
A dozen migrants traveling by foot from Honduras to the U.S. to seek asylum filed a class-action lawsuit Thursday against President Trump, the Department of Homeland Security and others, claiming a violation of their due process under the Fifth Amendment.
The Fifth Amendment states that, “no person… shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law.”
What are your thoughts? Do they have Constitutional rights? Who’s footing the bill? Will this backfire on Democrats?
